Left Overs+Potato Salad

I decided to whip up another recipes with the left overs and boy was it yummy.

Using any red potatoes chopped and sauteed, must be chilled over night to use for this salad. Mix in a salad bowl as many cold potatoes as you would like, chopped fresh baby green beans, cold cooked asparagus(may use left overs or prepare the night before with potatoes), bacon crispy, cut up plum tomatoes, a pinch of fresh dill, chopped cold hard boiled egg also(make night before too), salt & pepper to taste and top with a Chipolte ranch dressing. There is no right or wrong amount for the portions of this salad. A little fresh salmon or tuna would be lovely in this as well. You could also add some fresh spinach leaves for more greens.
