Chips, Salsa & Grilled Corn

One of the best simple meals for us when we really don't feel like cooking is to snack on chips and homemade salsa while you are grilling out corn on the cob. Corn on the Cob, Mexican style...is so simple & the absolute best way to eat corn ever.
Grilled Corn:
You keep the corn in the husks and wrap tightly with tin foil. Place on the grill at medium heat and rotate while grilling for about 15-25 min. When finished on the grill remove foil and husk and add butter and drizzle with sour cream and fine grated Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper and then any Cajun hot sauce. We like Cajun Chef Louisiana Hot Sauce 6 oz. Seriously, you will love this corn!
